Charles Andoh is a tenured Ghanaian-Canadian civil engineer and project cost estimator with over 15 years of experience solving technical problems for global engineering firms such as Arcadis–US and MMLA-Psomas–Tucson, Arizona. Charles specializes in project management, cost-estimation, land resource management and the development of master-planned communities.
Mr. Andoh is a Former Certified Member of the National Institute for Certification in Engineering Technologies (NICET); The Ontario Association of Certified Engineering Technicians and Technologists (OACETT); The Association of Science & Engineering Technology Professionals of Alberta (ASET); a Member of the Certified Engineering Technologists (CET), Nation Society of Professional Engineers (NSPE) USA, Institution of Engineering and Technology (MIET) UK, Institution of Incorporated Engineers (MIIE) UK, and Professional Engineering Council Registration as Incorporated Engineer (IEng) UK.
Mr. Andoh successfully consulted for OHL Construction Canada-PNPL’s $4bn New Bridge for Saint Lawrence Corridor where he led the Cost-Bid Estimate as a Senior Cost Estimator.
